Orgo,
In the spirits of creating a culture where there is ongoing feedback that helps us improve our performance I want pause and acknowledge your discretionary effort in getting CT06 big ballast fixed so quickly and effectively.
All these day to day actions and efforts impacts CP's bottom line. Your work ethics encourage collaboration within the operations team and help build a culture of trust and respect which is CP's core values.
And thank you Brandon for pointing this out and helping being part of the change where we take a minute to appreciate and thank our coworkers for job well done.
Thank you,

Hey Natasha,
Just wanted to follow up from the meeting you know how I said the quick hitters are taken care of.
I noted that I told Orgo about CT06 big ballast on Monday at noon by 1900 Tuesday it was fixed.
This being not that small of a job but with a strong cross functional team even the big askes seem like small asks.
It's great to see. Ill provide this feedback to Orgo today.
Thanks,
